I created it for North American Title in 2007 to be placed in a series of REALTOR® association publications, just when the real estate market began to plummet. Let's face it - there's not much a title company can say to a REALTOR® at that point in time. So I talked about Slinky History and Slinky Facts, playing on the 'ups and downs' concept.
