From photos of field workers that i shot one crisp, beautiful November morning, my friend and renown artist Gerard Martin created beautiful oil paintings that formed the carton packaging for this incredible premium white potato that is taking the produce world by storm. Four-color cartons are unheard of; they are divine when viewed on the palette in the warehouse!
